Frequently Asked Questions

Our program is adaptable to both full and minimal setups. Ideally, have dumbbells, a bench or box, a pull-up bar, and other free weights like barbells or kettlebells. For minimal setups, you only need a single dumbbell or kettlebell. Substitutions are provided to match your available equipment.

Our program is designed for all fitness levels and experiences, with modifications and substitutions provided for each exercise movement. For specific limitations, our members-only support group provides personalized solutions from coaches. Check out our sample programming here and view modifications in each day’s training session.

The full training session is between 40-60 minutes. If you’re short on time you can opt for just the workout part of the session. That lasts around 20-25 minutes including your warm up.

Yes! We include workout movement specific warm ups each session. We like to vary our warm up structure so you won’t get bored!

Absolutely! Each day includes optional, yet highly recommended progressively structured accessory work.

No, the training is delivered via a website. There is currently no app available. However, users can bookmark the website page and create a home screen icon on their mobile device for easy access to view all workouts without the need to install anything.

We release a full week of training every Saturday at 8pm EST.
