This Refund & Cancellation Policy is a summary of the full terms in our Terms of Service. If there is any difference between this page and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will apply.


1. Refunds

  • All payments for subscriptions, programs, and other digital products are non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law.
  • Because our products are delivered digitally and available immediately upon purchase, delivery is considered complete once you have been given access to your program.
  • We may update, add, or remove content, features, or functionality from any program at any time to improve the service. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.

2. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account page or by emailing [email protected].
  • Canceling stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period.
  • You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
  • If your subscription expires or is canceled, any reactivation will be charged at the current subscription rate in effect at the time of reactivation. Past promotional or discounted rates may no longer be available.

3. Promotions & Discount Codes

  • Promotional pricing and discount codes are valid only for the time period and conditions stated in the offer.
  • We reserve the right to modify, end, or decline promotional offers at our discretion.
  • Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

4. Billing Issues

  • If you believe there is an error with your billing, you must notify us within 14 days of the charge so we can review it.
  • Any chargeback request must be based on proven fraud. Unauthorized or false chargebacks may result in account suspension and debt collection.

5. Refund Processing Fees

While all sales are final, if a refund is approved as an exception, any payment processing fees charged to us by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe) will be deducted from the refund amount. These fees are non-refundable to us and are typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (may vary by country or card type).


6. Currency

All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. USD is used as our standard currency to provide consistent pricing for our global customer base. Any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.


7. Technical Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the required device, internet connection, and software to access our programs. We are not responsible for access issues caused by your technology, internet service provider, or location restrictions.
