All subscription management happens via your subscription portal, not in the mobile app.
How to Access
- Website: My Account → Manage Subscription
- Direct link: fitnessacademy.fitr.training/onboarding/sign_in
What You Can Do
- Update payment method
- View billing history and download invoices
- Add billing details for tax/VAT information
- Apply discount codes for future renewals
- Cancel your subscription
- Resume a cancelled subscription
Important rules:
- You cannot delete your only payment method while subscription is active
- Cancelling keeps your access until the end of your billing period
- Deleting your account cancels your subscription and permanently removes all training data
Updating Your Payment Method
Go to Profile → Billing → Payment Methods. Add a new card before removing the old one if you have an active subscription.
Downloading Invoices
Go to Billing → Billing History to download PDFs. Add your billing address in Payment Information for proper tax invoices.
